You will receive a full refund on your bookings if you follow our cancellations policy:

A minimum of 24 hour notice for any cancellations or changes made to bookings or you may be charged the full cost of the first night of your stay.

COVID hasn’t been kind to the tourism industry and like all small operators, we’re struggling. Cancellations cost us money and because of the increased number of cancellations in recent times, we’ve had to make the hard decision to pass on cancellation fees. 

Fees we will withhold from booking refunds  

Domestic Cards:

$0.30 + 1.75% of transaction price

International Cards:

$0.30 + 2.9% of transaction price
